What is the delivery time after I make the payment?

In normal case, after we receive your payment and print ready files, the production time for all products is two weeks, and delivery time around one week, total three weeks for you to receive the products. However, we recommend you to plan in advance because it needs time for graphics to be amended and confirmed. Please order four to five weeks in advance. 

How can I place an order?

You can place an order through PayPal, a secure shopping cart, by email, fax or phone.

What are the payment methods?

We have couple of choices for arranging payment, you can choose one which you find is the most suitable to you. You may pay through (1) secure shopping cart PayPal by Visa card, Mastercard or American Express;(2) By Bank Transfer : if the amount is large, we prefer using this payment method. If you prefer using this payment method, please E-Mail us the orders and we will give you our bank account name and number;(3) By Western Union :  it is another easy way to transfer money, either using Visa/Master cards or go to the nearby worldwide agents for arrangement. If you prefer using this payment method, please E-Mail us the orders and we will give you the information for Western Union transfer.

How much is shipping?

Please refer to SHIPPING CHARGES. You may also appoint your own air freight forwarder or international courier company like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, etc. Because we have contracts with the forwarders, so the prices are contract prices which may be lower than yours. If you appoint your own international courier company, you just simply provide us your account number (must be freight collect accepted) and we will arrange to your DOOR using freight collect.

Why the shipping charges are paid separately with the shopping cart?

Because the shipping charges are different for every country, only orders confirmed can work out the exact costs of shipping charges.

How to pay the shipping charges?

If you are using secure shopping cart by PayPal, we will email you another Invoice of shipping charges, what you need is to click on the link shown on the Invoice and pay by Visa card, Master card or American Express through PayPal. You will have no charges. If you are using bank transfer or Western Union transfer, we will include the shipping charges amount on the Invoice.

Do you charge tax or do we need to pay tax?

In most of the countries, promotional items are tax free. When we deliver the goods to you, we will dispatch the Invoice showing "No Commercial Value", so it is your country's custom to decide whether the items would be taxed. We will charge NONE of the tax from you.

How are the goods shipped?

We only use famous international courier companies like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT or EMS to send the goods to your DOOR.

How long does it take to set up? Is it easy?

Set up usually takes about few minutes (Banner stands) to 30 minutes (Popup displays).  All of our products come with easy-to-read and diagram instructions.  We will email or send you the instructions with each model.

We use foot and inch in measuring, what is your measurement unit?

We use metres, centimetres, millimetres in measurement units, the conversion is easy:

1 inch = 25.4 mm or 2.54 cm (1cm = 0.394 inch)

1 ft = 30.5 cm or 0.305 m (1m = 3.28 ft)

What is dimension gross weight?

Dimension Gross Weight is used by international courier companies like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, etc to measure whether the total dimension of the goods is larger than the actual gross weight. Actual gross weight is the actual weight of the goods including carton box, dimension gross weight is calculated in Height x Width x Depth of the carton box / 6000. When the dimension gross weight is larger than actual gross weight, dimension gross weight will be used as the freight charges calculation. All in kilograms unit.

How to give you the graphic files?

Please refer to GRAPHIC SUBMISSION INSTRUCTION, you may use ftp to upload the files, or email , or send hard CD files by airmail to us.

Can you design the graphics to me?

Yes, we can. We have designed a lot of unique graphics for different clients in different industries. The charge is $30 USD / hour. Please contact our design department for discussion.

Is the graphic size fixed for all displays?

No, we are flexible to fit your needs. Some displays with fixed fixtures cannot change the graphic size, but some can do. E.g. The graphics installed in the Roll Up Banner can change the width. If you have this requirement, please tell us and we will find the best solution for you.

Will you email me the graphic files before printing?

Yes, because sometimes we will adjust a little bit to fit the displays' sizes. We will email or ftp the files to you and we will only proceed the printing after your final confirmation.
