There are many Internet sites that have established publicly accessible repositories of material that can be obtained using FTP, by logging in using the account name "anonymous", thus these sites are called "anonymous ftp servers". Due to privacy reasons, we do not use "anonymous" to access files, please follow the steps shown below to transfer the files to us.

WHAT ARE THE STEPS?

Step 1: Call or E-Mail Beta Displays for a User ID and Password to access our FTP Site.

Step 2: Download and install a software WS-FTP (total 691K)
(this is a Shareware for personal use)

Step 3: After install WS-FTP, Run it, and press "New"

Profile Name = beta-displays.com
Host Name = ftp.beta-displays.com
User ID and Password = we will provide you after we receive your email in Step 1.

Step 4: Press "Startup" Tab

Initial Remote Site Folder = /public_ftp/
Initial Local Folder = your folder that contains the upload files

Step 5:  After you press OK button,  the program will show your files in the folder on the left hand side and our ftp site in right hand side. You can choose the files you want to upload from the left and press "->" to the right side, and we will receive your files successfully.

If you have numbers of graphics you may need to FTP several times.  In most cases you should Zip or compress the files into one file.  This enables you to organize your files into folders making it much easier to track down specific files.

Remember to send us the following files. 

1.) All Graphics Files

2.) Include all screen and printer fonts. Be sure to include fonts embedded in EPS files and in the main layout.

3.) Include original files of any imported or embedded EPS or TIFF image files included in layout.

4.) References of essential colors for example: product sample, fabric swatches or proofs. If you have not mentioned, we will follow the original colors shown on the graphic files.
